PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic filled case for a cosmetic container storing a liquid cosmetic which is configured so that the cosmetic is filled in a complete airtight manner. SOLUTION: The liquid cosmetic filled container includes a filled case 7 filled with the cosmetic, a pushing piece 10 incorporated into the filled case from a filling port, and a first O-ring 12 for elastically pressing and sealing the inner peripheral surface of the filled case to prevent the leakage of the cosmetic from the filled case. The filling port of the filled case is provided with a large diameter portion 7g for restricting the elastic pressure of the first O-ring against the inner peripheral surface of the filled case until the cosmetic partially leaks when the pushing piece is incorporated, and forming a gap between the large diameter portion and the sealing member.
