PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection controller of internal combustion engine capable of appropriately controlling an engine revolution speed while improving fuel consumption at the start of the engine. SOLUTION: At the start of the internal combustion engine, when an engine revolution speed NE increases to a fuel cut starting speedα(at the time t2), a fuel cut operation starts. After the start of the fuel cut operation, a decreasing rate R of the engine revolution speed NE is calculated, and the larger the decreasing rate R, the higher the fuel cut lower limit speedβis set.
