PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding truck, capable of positioning a steel piece to be rotatable around its central axis with a minimized angle slippage to be cut, and preventing deterioration of life of a device by chip powder. SOLUTION: The grinding truck includes: a truck 3 driven to move forward and backward in the longitudinal direction to a grinding device and including a plurality of support bases 10 for supporting the lower surface of a steel piece W, the support bases being fixed thereto at intervals in the longitudinal direction; a rocking table 4 disposed on the upper side of the truck 3 to extend longitudinally in parallel to the tuck, and including a plurality of clamp bases 20 fixed thereto at intervals in the longitudinal direction, the clamp base including a clamp tool for holding the steel piece with a support supporting the lower surface of the steel piece; a rocking base drive unit 5 including two sets of three extensible actuators 32, 33, 34, disposed in both longitudinal end portions of the rocking table 4 oppositely to each other to form a parallel link mechanism having two degrees of freedom of translation and one degree of freedom of rotation, the three bearing being disposed within a vertical plane orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the rocking table 4; and a guide 6 which regulates the relative of the truck 3 and the rocking table 4 in the longitudinal direction.
