PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably correct a short-circuiting defect even when the defect is minute. SOLUTION: An active matrix substrate 10 includes: a plurality of first lines 14; a plurality of second lines 15 intersecting the first lines 14 via an insulating film; and a second area 12 formed outside a first area 11 being the area where the first lines 14 and the second lines 15 intersect each other. A trunk line part 26 intersecting the first lines 14 via an insulating film is arranged on the second area 12 and the first lines 14 have double-line parts 50 arranged so as to intersect the trunk line part 26 and single-line parts 51 connected to both ends of the double-line parts. Moreover, conductive films 52 intersecting both end parts of the double-line parts 50 are disposed on the width direction-outside of the trunk line part 26 on the insulating film.
