<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for improving dryness of steam generated from a boiler to supply the improved steam to various processing parts, and reducing equipment costs with a simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An annular frame 32 provided with a plurality of rectangular openings 46 formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, is integrally provided with a plurality of steam injection members 48 having steam distribution holes 56 for injecting the steam to the direction along an inner peripheral face inside of the annular frame, while closing the openings and projecting from an outer peripheral face, an annular opening 18 is formed over the whole in the circumferential direction, of an annular peripheral wall part 16 close to and opposite to an outer end of the steam injection members while surrounding the annular frame, a casing 12 having a steam discharge port 14 is disposed on a central part at a front side, and an outer casing 20 having a steam inlet port 26 connected with a steam supply source through a flow channel, is fixed to an outer peripheral face of the annular peripheral wall part of the casing while defining an annular passage 22 by air-tightly closing a space around the annular opening and annularly surrounding it, thus this steam reforming device 10 is configured.
