<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle measuring device capable of detecting an elevation angle and a depression angle in a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This angle measuring device 7 is attached to a brim of a helmet 1a. The angle measuring device 7 includes a turnable vertical indication bar 9 (transparent acrylic plate), a transparent angle detection plate 8, and a horizontal plate 10. A top surface of the transparent angle detection plate 8 is nipped between supporting members 12, 13. Top surfaces 12a, 13b of the supporting members 12, 13 are fixed to the horizontal plate 10. The transparent angle detection plate 8 has a line of 0 degree of the horizontal line at its central part. A yellow part 8a, a pink part 8b and a green part 8c are formed to be arranged upward from the line at predetermined intervals. A blue part 8d, a violet part 8e, and a greenish yellow part 8f are formed to be arranged downward from the line at predetermined intervals.
