<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy controllable piezoelectric driving device with a simple structure which can reliably prevent the overrun of the drive of an object to be driven relative to a set driving amount. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric driving device 10 includes a piezoelectric actuator 20 having a rotor 30 to be rotated with an oscillating object 21 having a piezoelectric element, an intermittent transmission device 43 equipped with a Geneva driving vehicle 431 and a Geneva driven vehicle 435 to which the rotation of the rotor 30 is transmitted, a rotation detecting device capable of detecting the rotating position of the Geneva driving vehicle 431, and a drive controlling means controlling the drive of the piezoelectric actuator 20. The Geneva driving vehicle 431 includes, within an angular range of one rotation, a driving range for rotating the Geneva driven vehicle 435 and a regulating range for not rotating the Geneva driven vehicle 435. In the regulating range, drive signal supply is stopped, and the rotational position of the Geneva driving vehicle is set to an angle to stop the rotation of the Geneva driving vehicle 431 within the regulating range, after the rotational position of the Geneva driving vehicle 431 is moved from the driving range to the regulating range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
