<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding type mower equipped with a constitution capable of directly grasping the piling-up state of conveying weeds in a weed-gathering container and also easily visually recognizing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This riding type mower is provided by arranging the weed-gathering container 30 at the rear direction of a traveling machine body 1 equipped with an operating driver's seat 13, forming the upper surface of the weed-gathering container 30 as a rear-raised slope surface and forming a peephole 31B capable of visually recognizing the inside of the weed-gathering container 30 at the slope surface.
