<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster reducing the weight by adopting a pneumatic tire for a rotating means, and to move a traveling bag and the like smoothly, to reduce vibration transferred to the traveling bag and the like and to thereby inhibit generation of noise in moving the traveling bag contacting a floor and a road by using the pneumatic tire. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 2 is formed of a tire holding means 4, an annular tire body 5, and an annular air storing space 6 formed of both of them, and is rotatably attached to a body 18 of the caster 1. A valve member 9 communicating the air storing space 6 and the outside is attached to the tire body 5, allows introduction of the air into the air storing space 6 by an air pump 11, and prevents the air from leaking from the air storing space 6 to the outside.
