PURPOSE: An apartment type henhouse having a compost fermenter is provided, which is capable of producing the highest grade compost under 45% of water content. CONSTITUTION: An apartment type henhouse having a compost fermenter includes: henhouses(10) which are prepared in the longitudinal direction; a conveyor(15) which is installed at the lower part of the mesh floor material; a fowl dropping collecting box(23) which collects the fowl droppings through the conveyor to an internal work path; a first fermentation part which ferments the fowl droppings gathered in the collecting box; a compost feed hopper(24) which is formed in a multi-stage type to transfer the first fermented dropping to the lower floor; and a second fermentation part(40) which secondly ferments the fowl droppings collected through the compost feed hopper.
