TURBINE FACILITY AND POWER GENERATION FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine facility of a closed cycle for having power by expanding combustion gas containing CO2and circulating exhaust gas including CO2, promptly setting the CO2concentration in the system to a predetermined value. SOLUTION: A turbine facility includes a gas turbine 4 having power by expanding combustion gas containing CO2, a circulation path 5 compressing exhaust gas worked in the gas turbine 4 and containing CO2and introducing it to a combustor 3, a CO2supply path 11 supplying fluid containing CO2to a compressor 2 when starting, and a gas discharge path 13 discharging gas in the system when starting. The closed cycle is operated in starting when N2remains in piping in the system by supplying the fluid containing CO2to the compressor from the CO2supply path 11, burning the fluid in the combustor, discharging the remaining N2through the gas discharge path 13, and circulating exhaust gas of the gas turbine 4 in the circulation path 5 when a CO2concentration in the exhaust gas of the gas turbine 4 reaches the predetermined concentration.
