A method and an apparatus for soil covering of soft ground due to a bidirectional conveyor vehicle and a track having a load dispersion structure are provided to move a vehicle and a paving unit safely on the surface of the soft ground and to laminate a large volume of cover soil material, thereby improving the continuity of the process. A method for soil covering of soft ground comprises the steps of: forming a geotextile(11) on the soft ground; preventing the movement by covering a cover soil material on end of the geotextile; arranging a first reinforced soil, a lattice supporter(13) made of a pipe material, and a second reinforced soil on the geotextile in sequence; forming a sleeper arranged on the resultant structure; reciprocating a vehicle(20) having a paving unit on a rail longitudinally formed along a sleeper; and paving the cover soil material stored in a transmission hopper(21) of the vehicle at the both sides of the track. The paving process is performed to the both sides from the center portion of the soft ground(100).
