<p>PURPOSE: A photo-electrode including an organic-inorganic hybrid composite, a method for manufacturing the same, and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same are provided to maintain the mechanical strength and the flexibility by forming a nano-particle-oxide-polymer composite. CONSTITUTION: A polymer solution is electro-spun on a conductive substrate, and a colloidal solution is simultaneously sprayed on the conductive substrate. The conductive substrate is thermally treated at the temperature between 25 and 150°C to form a porous nano-particle metal-oxide layer(12). The porous nano-particle metal-oxide layer includes a nano-particle metal-oxide polymer-nano-fiber composite.</p> |
