<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition which contains rice-hull ash in an amount larger than that of cement and yet of which concrete having practically feasible strength can be produced. SOLUTION: This cement composition is prepared by blending cement with rice-hull ash and a soluble alkaline earth metal salt, wherein. The rice-hull ash content is preferably 5-80 wt.% and the soluble alkaline earth metal salt content is 5-25 wt.%.</p> |
