The device (D) has a collar (EB) integrated to an element i.e. fascia (PB), of a vehicle and with fixation units (MF1) arranged for maintaining an equipment (TC) in a detachable manner. A body (CD) is integrated to the collar and includes a hollow part housing a volatile product (PV) e.g. disinfectant. The body includes a set of fixation units (MF2) for integrating the collar to the fascia and presented in the form of an external threading. The body has another set of fixation units (MF3) for integrating the body to a lower wall (PC2) of the collar and presented in the form of elastic tabs.
