PURPOSE: A plant growth-promoting device with plural red LEDs and plural white LEDs is provided to properly perform operations regarding the growth-promoting of plants by lighting only white LEDs. CONSTITUTION: A plant growth-promoting device comprises the following: plural red LEDs(121,122) installed on a main body, to radiate red lights; plural white LEDs(111) installed on a main body, to radiate white lights; and a controller controlling the strength of the LEDs by the growth step of a plant. The controller is connected to an external device to store information and data about the plant.
