PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an insulation complex interior closing-panel is provided to secure the availability for manufacturing and constructing an insulation finishing material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an insulation complex interior closing-panel comprises the followings steps: preparing an insulation strengthening complex composition by mixing perlite, a water-based polymer, water, yellow soil, alumina powder, zirconia powder, methoros, a dispersing agent, an antifoaming agent, and an antiseptic(S1); spreading a base primer on one side or both sides of a wood material(S2); forming an insulation strengthening layer on both sides of a base member formed by the base primer(S3); forming a surface finishing layer(S4); and compressing the material after forming all the layers on the base member to finish the closing panel(S5).
