PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive part adapted to achieve absorption of an impact to an incorporated part and heat dissipation of the incorporated part. SOLUTION: The heat conductive part 3 is interposed between a heat generating face and a heat conductive face arranged facing the heat generating face, with one end portion placed in contact with the heat generating face and the other end portion in contact with the heat conductive face, so as to conduct heat from the heat generating face to the heat conductive face. The heat conductive part is produced by forming a flexible, thermally conductive thin plate into a cruciform, bending a pair of upper and lower pieces upward to dispose both end portions to come close so as to face each other, bending a pair of right and left pieces downward to dispose both end portions to come close so as to face each other, and making the respective closely disposed and facing portions junction faces with the heat generating face and the heat conductive face.
