PURPOSE: A DC offset calibrating device of a system and a method thereof are provided to add an offset value variably set by the DC offset calibrating device to a test signal and transmit it. CONSTITUTION: An offset value to be applied to a transmission signal of a system is changed(205). The fixed offset value is transmitted to the system. A DC component output value is measured in an antenna terminal of the system about a transmission signal to which the offset value is applied(207). When the measured DC component output value has a allowable value in the system, the offset value is determined as a final offset value to be applied to the system(213).
