摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The device (01) has mounting rails (09) with through-holes at predetermined locations, where the mounting rails are adapted for being mounted on a flat horizontal substrate (07) i.e. flat roof (08). Each of insertion elements (10) attached to the rails at the through-holes includes a one-piece shaped plastic element (12) having a contiguous surface (13) interrupted by an insertion slit (14) receiving a lengthwise edge area (06) of a solar module (02). The slit extends at a predetermined insertion angle (11), where a plastic wedge (15) secures received edge area of the solar module in the slit. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for mounting solar modules on a flat horizontal substrate i.e. lightweight flat roof. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The appropriate orientation of the insertion slit in the shaped elements can be easily created at the time of production, thus ensuring that the solar modules can be set up at any desired inclination angle with respect to the sun. The plastic wedge can be engaged with a fixation slit adjacent to the insertion slit, where the fixation slit is deeper than the insertion slit, thus increasing the support surface for the plastic wedge, and hence ensuring reliable fixation of the solar module in the insertion slit. The insertion slit has a cable bushing leading into a cavity of the shaped element, so that cables can be easily fed, and the contiguous surface of the employed shaped elements remains unimpeded as the cables are invisible, and the cables can be laid to be protected inside the shaped elements, thus improving the operational safety, and preventing the cable from being severed from the solar module due to excessive application of force. The mounting device ensures easy dismantling of affected solar module, and easy replacement of solar modules. The inserted solar module can be secured in a place by inserting the simple plastic wedge that clamps the solar module firmly against the insertion element.
