PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable contact with a specific person among contact target persons without disclosing personal information in a contact system. SOLUTION: A storage device 12 includes telephone numbers of contact target persons while making each telephone number relate to an individual ID imparted to each contact target person. When the individual ID as a contact destination is transmitted from a telephone (an originator telephone) connected to a server 11 via an exchange 13, the server searches the telephone number related to the individual ID from the storage device 12 and instructs the exchange 13 to connect the telephone of the searched telephone number and the originator telephone.
