PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security terminal for obtaining efficient security by only notifying a rapid response agency when the urgency is high and leaving the decision up to a user in other cases. SOLUTION: The security terminal includes: a twenty-four hour notification means for always notifying a rapid response agency, such as a security company, of an abnormal phenomenon such as a fire or a gas leak when the abnormal phenomenon is detected by an abnormality detection means; and a self designating notification means enabling a prior selection of whether to notify the rapid response agency or to notify another notification destination first which and notifies a notification destination that is selected before hand of a crime prevention phenomenon such as an intrusion into a security object facility when the crime prevention phenomenon is detected by a crime prevention detection means.
