PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency of switching of a combustion mode of a secondary fuel engine. SOLUTION: A control device 5 has at least either one of a gas priority operation mode operating at least one secondary fuel engine 2 by a gas combustion mode and operating at least one of other secondary fuel engines 2 by an oil combustion mode, and setting a load assigned to the secondary fuel engine 2 operated by the gas combustion mode to be more than a load assigned to the secondary fuel engine 2 operated by the oil combustion mode; or an oil priority operation mode operating at least one secondary fuel engine 2 by the gas combustion mode and operating at least one of other secondary fuel engine 2 by the oil combustion mode, and setting a load assigned to each secondary fuel engine 2 operated by the oil combustion mode to be more than a load assigned to each secondary combustion engine 2 operated by the gas combustion mode.
