PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin type molding which can control the deterioration of a surface caused by hydrolysis, and in which the formation of a dry area and/or the generation a crack can be suppressed, and which can improve the durability, and a method of manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The entire surface of a central layer composed of a polylactic acid resin composition is coated with a hydrolysis-resistant front layer, and at least a part of the hydrolysis-resistant front layer is formed of a hydrolysis-resistant resin.
