<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of optimizing an induced-voltage constant in response to a traveling status by a simple control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first rotor unit 50A and a second rotor unit 50B including inner-peripheral side rotors 9B and rolling mechanisms 11 respectively are juxtaposed in the axial direction on the inner peripheral side of an outer-peripheral side rotor 5. The first rotor unit 50A and the second rotor unit 50B are set so that the quantities of magnet fluxes in each inner-peripheral side permanent magnet 9B mutually differ.
