PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simulation of activity distribution of positron emission nuclides at such high speed and high precision that it is usable for clinical treatment in proton beam treatment. SOLUTION: A proton beam is radiated to reference substances including component elements of a specific human tissue, and measurements of activity distribution of generated positron emission nuclides are obtained. Using the measurement values, activity distribution of positron emission nuclides of the respective component elements of the human tissue is computed. Using computation values of activity distribution, activity distribution of positron emission nuclides in a case where a proton beam is radiated to the human tissue is computed based on the ratio of the component elements in the human tissue.
