PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement display plate with a spoked wheel, inexpensively manufacturable by reducing the number of part items with a simple structure, enabling anybody to easily attach, detach, and replace the advertisement display plate with a spoked wheel, and improved in the advertising function and the belonging function of an owner from the side in stopping and traveling of a two wheeler. SOLUTION: A plate 1 is formed in a doughnut shape having the outer peripheral edge 4 of a concentric circle with the opening edge of a hub arranging part 3 with the center of a true circle being the hub arranging part 3 as the center. The plate 1 is provided with a cutting part 5 cut in a straight line shape by passing through on a radius of extending in the direction of the outer peripheral edge 4 from the center of the hub arranging part 3. Opposed one cut edge 5 and other cut edge 7 formed by the cutting part 5 abut on each other. A propaganda advertisement is recorded and displayed on an outer surface of the plate 1.
