<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, a program and an information processing device for making a user easily view a content and increasing a user's incentive to view the content. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU shows animation in which an introduction character appears (step S118). In succession, the CPU displays a profile of the introduction character (step S120). Thereafter, the CPU has a substance of the displayed content based on a title or the like included in motion picture information downloaded from a distribution server (step S124).
