PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for accurately and rapidly fixing a flexible printed board on a support as to a displacement sensor device using the board. SOLUTION: This displacement sensor device 20 includes the support 21 provided close to a detecting object (main spindle 102a), the flexible printed board 22 supported along the support 21, and sensor circuit elements provided on the flexible printed board 22 and including a spiral coil standing opposite to the detecting object. This sensor device 20 is given a structure in which the flexible printed board 22 is fixed to the support 21 by means of fasteners 23. The flexible printed board 22 has a board body 22a including the sensor circuit elements, and fastening margins 22b formed by being extended from the board body 22a and provided for fixation by means of the fasteners 23.
