CLEANING APPARATUS FOR WASTE-WATER PURIFIER

PURPOSE: A cleaning device using an ultrasound wave and a counter flow of a plate module for waste water treatment are provided to minimize secondary contaminant due to chemical cleaning by increasing a chemically cleaning period by removing foreign materials like suspended solid or fur attached on the separation membrane of the plane module. CONSTITUTION: A module assembly(10) is filled and immersed in cleaning water filled in a cleaning bath(110). A diffusing unit comprised of a diffuser(120) with a plurality of diffusing holes and a blower is installed on the inner bottom of the cleaning bath. An ultrasound vibrator(130) is installed on the bottom of the cleaning bath and remove the foreign materials attached to the surface of the separation membrane of a plate module(20). A cleaning water supply pipe is installed on the upper side of the cleaning bath and is connected to the plate module of the module assembly. A counter flow pump is connected to the cleaning water supply pipe and removes the foreign materials attached to the surface of the separation membrane of the plate module through the counter flow of the cleaning water to the inside of the plate module. A jig for fixing a separation membrane has a size corresponding to the plate module and a thickness corresponding to the interval of the plate module, is located between the plate modules and the outermost, and prevents the separation membrane from inflating when the cleaning water flows backwards by the counter flow pump.
