<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor relay for enhancing the radiation efficiency of a light-emitting element and a switching element, which generate heat, in the semiconductor relay which molds an optical coupling part in which the light-emitting element is made to face a light-receiving element and they are filled with translucent resin and the switching element mounted on a lead frame with the optical coupling part with optical shielding resin. <P>SOLUTION: The switching element 4 is mounted on the upper surface of a supporting part 5b of a lead frame 5. A first radiation substrate 7, which is brought into contact with the supporting part 5b and which extends to a light-receiving element 3-side of the optical coupling part 1a is disposed on a lower face of the supporting part 5b, and the light-receiving element 3 is placed on a second radiation substrate 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
