<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin film, not much increasing surface glossiness in curing and having enough low glossiness to be used in an optical member or the like, a method of manufacturing the curable resin film, a light scattering film, a light shielding film and a lens unit including the light shielding film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this curable resin film, the surface shape is formed by a plurality of protrusions and recesses, and the surface glossiness is lowered by the surface shape. In the curable resin film, the surface shape is formed by two types of relatively macro and micro protruded and recessed shapes at least different in size on at least one of the surfaces, and the plurality of macro protruded and recessed shapes and the plurality of micro protruded and recessed shapes get mixed.
