<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress separation of a striker from a vehicle body side even if a bracket is broken in collision of a door of a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the striker mounting structure 10, the striker 40 is mounted to a front plate 36A of the bracket 30, and a bottom plate 32 of the bracket 30 is mounted to a vehicle body. Here, the bottom plate 32 in the bracket 30 and a striker 40 mounting portion of the front plate 36A are connected by a connection plate 46. Therefore, when collision load to an inner side in a vehicle width direction and a front side of the vehicle is inputted to the striker 40, even if the bracket 30 is broken at a plurality of positions, separation of the striker 40 from the vehicle body side can be prevented by the connection plate 46 and intrusion of a side door 14 into a cabin 16 can be suppressed.
