MOUNTING HEAD AND SUCTION NOZZLE OF ELECTRONIC PARTS, ELECTRONIC PARTS MOUNTING APPARATUS, AND AIR FILTER INSERTION JIG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting head of electronic parts having an air filter even in small parts of 0.2 mm×0.4 mm or 0.3 mm×0.6 size or a suction nozzle portion in which a structure of an installation portion of the air filter is simple and cheap, while providing an electronic parts mounting apparatus with high reliability by using the mounting head of the electronic parts, and moreover to provide a suitable jig for inserting the air filter and the electronic parts mounting apparatus with a high operating ratio by using the jig.

SOLUTION: The mounting head of the electronic parts is equipped with the suction nozzle portion having a suction nozzle body in which a first suction passage is formed inside, and a suction nozzle which is removably mounted at a lower end portion of the suction nozzle body and forms a second suction passage communicating to the first suction passage, wherein the suction nozzle portion includes an insertion portion for inserting the air filter intercepting the suction passages from a side section of the suction nozzle portion.
