PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cavitation. SOLUTION: The liquid sealing type vibration proofing-device is provided with an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, an elastic body connecting them elastically, and a partitioning member 15 for partitioning a liquid chamber in the outer cylinder into a main liquid chamber and an auxiliary liquid chamber and has a limiting passage 41 formed for connecting the main liquid chamber with the auxiliary liquid chamber. A main liquid chamber side opening part 42 is formed in one end part in the direction of flow passage length in the limiting passage 41, and an auxiliary liquid chamber side opening part 43 is formed in the other end part in the direction of flow passage length in the limiting passage 41. An elastic membrane 46 capable of swelling and being deformed elastically toward an inward side of the limiting passage 41 is provided on an inner face of at least either of a wall part 45 of the limiting passage 41 being adjacent to the other end side in the direction of flow passage length of the main liquid chamber side opening part 42 and a wall part of the limiting passage 41 being adjacent to one end side in the direction of flow passage length of the auxiliary liquid chamber side opening part 43.
