PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a speaker direction estimation device which reduces dependence to quality of microphones or amplifiers and dispenses with calibration operation at installation locations. SOLUTION: The device estimates a speaker direction of voice signal taken by two or more sound collectors, in which each sound collector includes a low region cutting part which cuts low frequency region components of the voice signal whitened by a whitening part, an artificial signal addition part which adds the artificial signal cut by the low region cutting part to the voice signal, a cross correlation calculation part which calculates a cross correlation about the voice signal added with the artificial signal from the sound collector, and a speaker direction estimation part which estimates a speaker direction by output of the cross correlation calculation part.
