PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer device of a spring tension balancer capable of restoring a messenger wire at its installation position of high altitude in a short time without taking it down to the ground, if the messenger wire kept by the spring tension balancer is disconnected. SOLUTION: The drawer device 1 of the spring tension balancer is a device that draws a front end side of an inner case 53 of the spring tension balancer 51 from a front end side of an outer case 52 to a predetermined position with the spring tension balancer 51 being installed at the high altitude. The drawer device 1 includes an attachment member 2 removably suspended to the outer case 52, a pair of hydraulic cylinders 3 removably supported by the attachment member 2, a joint member 5 removably coupling a rod 4 of the hydraulic cylinder with the front end side of the inner case 53, and a hydraulic power unit 6 placed on the ground so as to supply a hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic cylinders 3 via a hydraulic hose 7. The pair of the hydraulic cylinders 3 are arranged so as to project the rod 4 in a direction of the front end of the outer case 53 with its axis in parallel with an axis of the outer case 52.
