PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF NANOCRYSTAL POWDER OF ZIRCONIUM DIOXIDE OF MONOCLINE MODIFICATION

摘要

A process for preparation of nanocrystal powder of zirconium dioxide of monocline modification comprises the interaction of zirconium and ammonia nitrate solution with further sediment washing; its drying and thermal and steam treatment in autoclave for 2-10 h at pressure of 6-10 atm. Aqueous solution of zirconium oxychloride, prepared from thaqueous solution of ZrOCl∙8HO by its bringing to the boil and settling at least for 20 h at temperature not above 10 °C, is subjected to thermal and steam treatment at temperature of 170-220 °C, and produced after thermal and steam treatment sediment is washed at first with hydrochloric acid solution (pH < 2), and after that with distilled water (pH > 7) and dried at room temperature in azeotrope mixture with isopropyl alcohol.
