<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mass-producing continuously a crystalline resin film or sheet excellent in properties including mechanical properties, heat resistance and transparency. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes sandwiching a molten filmy or sheet-like crystalline resin B in between a pair of sandwiching rolls 50a and 50b followed by rolling the resin B; wherein the thickness of the filmy or sheet-like crystalline resin B to be fed to the pair of rolls 50a and 50b is adjusted to be 1.3-8.0 times that of the resulting film or sheet C, the temperature of the sheet-like crystalline resin B under rolling is adjusted to be not less than the crystallization temperature and not more than the melting point, and the each speed of the rolls under revolution is adjusted to be such that Z represented by the following formula (1): Z=[(the radius (mm) of each of the rolls 50a and 50b×the thickness (mm) of the resulting film or sheet C)<SP>1/2</SP>]/each revolving speed (m/min) of the rolls is 0.09 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
