<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a required number of cells from an organism tissue by performing sufficient stir without enlarging a device. <P>SOLUTION: The organism tissue treatment device 1 includes: a tissue introducing part 2 for introducing a liquid A containing the organism tissue; an enzyme introducing part 4 for introducing a digestive enzyme B; and a stir flow passage 7 for allowing a mixed liquid C to flow, while stirring the liquid C containing the liquid A which is introduced from the tissue introducing part 2 and containing the digestive enzyme B which is introduced from the enzyme introducing part 4, The stir flow passage 7 includes: piping 7a for allowing the mixture liquid C to internally flow; and a stir member 7b arranged inside the piping 7a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
