<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably suppress the occurrence of blooming of a non-read pixel. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device 100 has a pixel part 110, a pixel driving part 120 which drives the pixel part through a control line so as to reset, store, transfer and output signal charge of the pixel part, and a pixel signal reading part 130 for reading a pixel signal from the pixel part. The pixel part 110 includes a pixel sharing mechanism in which one selection control line, one reset control line and a plurality of transfer control lines are arranged and the whole includes a read pixel part and a non-read pixel part. The pixel driving part 120 has a pixel control part for normally fixing the non-read pixels in a reset state, and releases the reset state of the non-read pixels to make a non-read state if an address is selected or if a selection signal is activated when reading read pixels having a sharing relation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
