An image generation device to generate processed data of an electronic leaflet containing various advertisement information and to be displayed on various terminal devices, the image generation device comprising a processing unit to process original data of the electronic leaflet so that the electronic leaflet is to be displayed by the respective various terminal devices, and generate the processed data of the electronic leaflet corresponding to respective specifications of the various terminal devices; an original data storage unit to store the original data of the electronic leaflet; a processed data storage unit to store the processed data of the electronic leaflet; and a delivery unit to deliver the processed data of the electronic leaflet generated by the processing unit to the respective various terminal devices.
