MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL MARBLE USING MELTING SLAG FROM WASTE AND ARTIFICIAL MARBLE THEREBY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial marble using waste melted slag, and the artificial marble manufactured thereby are provided to maintain the intensity of the artificial marble, and to improve the reusability of the waste melted slag. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial marble using waste melted slag comprises the following steps: mixing 30~50 parts of waste melted slag by weight, 15~25 parts of crushed glass by weight, 25~35 parts of powdered glass by weight, 5~15 parts of base resin by weight, and 1~3 parts of hardener by weight(S10); compressing the mixture with a press(S20); curing the compressed mixture at 80~90deg C(S30); and polishing the cured artificial marble(S40).
