PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of displaying a tomographic image of a subject and used as an X-ray TV displaying a fluoroscopic image in real time. SOLUTION: This X-ray CT apparatus includes: an X-ray scanning means 3 for rotating a pair of an X-ray tube 11 and an X-ray detector 13 in which a plurality of detecting elements are arranged in the slice direction over views in a predetermined range and irradiating the subject P with X-rays in each of a plurality of views; a memory 25 for collecting data on the X-ray cone beam from signals detected by the X-ray detector 13; and a fluoroscopic image generating part 26 for generating the fluoroscopic image of the subject P by the plane converting process of the data on the X-ray parallel beam obtained by converting the data on the X-ray cone beam to data on the X-ray parallel beam.
