<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor in which productivity is improved by providing a band-like fastener for annularly fixing a magnetic core without using adhesives. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor 10 includes a coil molding 1 including a coil 3 formed by spirally winding a winding wire and a resin forming part 3c covering the outer circumference of the coil 3, and an annular magnetic core 2 including a coil winding part 2c inserted and disposed in the inner circumference of the coil 3 of the coil molding 1. The magnetic core 2 is formed annular by combining a plurality of core pieces 2m and fastened by a band-like fastener 4 to be fixed annularly. Any adhesive is not utilized for forming the magnetic core 2, thereby eliminating a bonding process.
