<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone which is widely adaptable, with high effect, and against which high effect power saving countermeasures are taken without sacrificing functions in consideration of a degree of power saving, a limit of application of the power saving countermeasures, and discrepancy between the power saving and function increase or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The cellular phone is provided with: a power supply; a processing section which has a nonvolatile register and performs prescribed processing by inputting and outputting data to and from the nonvolatile register in accordance with power fed from the power supply; a standby function section which functions by the power fed from the power supply; and a power feed control section which interrupts power feeding from the power supply to the processing section, while maintaining the supplying power from the power supply to the standby function section in a state where the processing state of the processing section is stored in the nonvolatile register, and restarts to feed power to the processing section from the power supply in response to a prescribed state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
