<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method, and computer program for tracking billable events occurring on wireless devices on a wireless network and billing appropriate parties. <P>SOLUTION: The billable events occur from the end-users of the wireless devices 12 or the like which selectively communicate with other computer devices via a wireless network 14, downloads and executes software applications thereupon.
