<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube for heat exchange, a heat exchanger, and a heat exchanging system, capable of increasing a difference in temperatures before and after the heat exchange of fluids while suppressing an increase in dimension. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This tube 10 for heat exchange for allowing the first fluid flowing inside to exchange heat of the external second fluid, is formed into the spiral shape, and on a projection face in the advancing direction of the spiral by one rotation, at least part of a circle 12B formed by the other rotation, different from a circle 12A formed by one rotation, exists inside the circle 12A formed by one rotation of the spiral. The heat exchanger includes the tube 10 for heat exchange, and a storage body for storing the tube. The heat exchanging system includes the heat exchanger, a first fluid device in which the first fluid flows, and a second fluid device in which the second fluid flows.
