Partial epigenetic reprogramming of biological cells comprises: providing at least one specialized adult cell obtained from a donor tissue; and introducing small interfering-RNAs (siRNAs) specifically acting on heterochromatin (heterochromatin protein-1 (HP1)), preferably anti HP1 siRNA, in the specialized adult cell, preferably in its cytoplasm, to inhibit the RNA that control the evolution of heterochromatins HP1. An independent claim is included for a system, for partial epigenetic reprogramming of biological cell, comprising: at least one specialized adult cell obtained after a donor tissue; and a means for introducing the specialized adult cell.
