PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing installation structure which is applicable even to a device having strict vibration conditions in a front-and-rear direction and reduces right and left maintenance spaces. SOLUTION: A pedestal 2 is constituted in a box shape whose bottom surface is opened, and bolt through holes 2a are formed in two opposite side surfaces of the pedestal 2. A channel base 3 engages with the pedestal 2 and is constituted in a box shape having openings on its top surface and bottom surface, wherein bolt through holes 3a are formed at positions on the channel base 3 corresponding to the bolt through holes 2a formed in the pedestal 2 when the pedestal 2 is mounted, and weld nuts 4 are welded inside the bolt through holes 3a formed in the channel base 3.
